Call Center Representative The Call Center Representative will handle a variety of telephone inquiries, triage incoming calls, place emergency alert calls, support a switchboard, and complete other tasks as assigned. Candidates must have experience responding to emergency situations and fielding telephone calls, excellent verbal and written skills, a strong sense of empathy, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment in order to be considered for this position.
