What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone to lead and supervise certification and education programs of two professional society clients of global management company. The position also includes corporate responsibility to grow company's business in the area of certification and education.

What will you do?
Supervise, guide, develop and motivate staff to assure progress toward strategic objectives and assure systems and staff are meeting program execution, customer service and other performance metrics
Primary staff liaison for independent certification boards, including attending meetings and conference calls, review minutes and action items, ensuring implementation
Monitor programs for compliance with best practices and third-party (e.g., ANSI) rules/regulations, supervise audits
Provide input and insight regarding overall client strategy
Budget planning, revenue generation and expense management
Create and maintain partnerships/relationships with related industry organizations to increase awareness and grow client programs
Industry research and awareness/understanding of client industry trends
Awareness of current trends and technologies related to certification and delivery of education programs
Seek out, propose and retain new business for the company
Other duties as assigned.

Am I qualified?
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or more advanced degree in business administration, marketing, communications or associated disciplines.
Minimum of 7-10 years professional experience and a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a supervisory capacity in a professional field.
Experience with professional certification and/or education programs required.
Knowledge of manufacturing and/or food industries helpful.
Association management or non-profit experience a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
