Atlanta office seeks real estate attorney or staff attorney having 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including real estate finance. The candidate join a team of lawyers working on a broad range of commercial real estate development transactions with a focus on large, urban mixed-use developments and projects across the US. Should preferably have significant experience with documenting loans, acquisitions/sales, leases and opinion letters. Big firm experience is desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
