The Senior Associate General Counsel represents the Corporation in all legal matters affecting the Corporation as assigned by the Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs/General Counsel. The position assumes a leadership role in specific areas of responsibility, including management of outside counsel in litigation matters, working with Risk Management staff in areas of case development, resolution, and process improvement initiatives, provides research and writing, on legal issues affecting the Corporation such as patient care, managed care, contracts, government relations, personnel and employee relations. The Senior Associate General Counsel assumes active role of business partner within the Corporation to provide legal advice and to support operations in meeting the goals and objectives of the Corporation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
