The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements for the company and will provide creative strategic input and hands on skills in all areas of contract and subcontract management. Responsibilities will include ongoing contract management for large international contracts; and support in procurement and subcontracting. You are an attorney who possesses excellent business judgment and the ability to: work closely with a variety of business groups (finance & accounting, sourcing and supply chain, business development & sales, executive management, human resources, etc.) to deliver timely legal advice and drive practical business solutions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
