Full time Project Manager, TPF Application Development (position in Atlanta, GA; multiple openings): Manage software engineering projects for major clients in the United States including, managing the development and implementation of Transaction Processing Facility (TPF) application utilizing TPF Assembler, TPFC/C++, TPFDF, TPFDFC, SPM, JCL, IBM 390 Assembler, and Visual Basic 6.0, engineering, trouble-shooting, enhancement, budgeting and client relations; manage the development and implementation of mainframe based technologies in travel domain, re-engineering/conversion applications; manage systems analysts, business analysts and support staff; audit applications quality to ensure adherence to Quality Management Systems (SEI-CMM Level 2 or above); manage the development and execution of testing plans, user acceptance tests and user training; and perform Capacity Planning for applications. Must have a Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five years of progressive experience in the development of TPF application utilizing TPF Assembler, TPFC, TPFDF, TPFDFC, SPM and IBM 390 Assembler, or a Masters Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and three years of experience in the development of TPF application utilizing TPF Assembler, TPFC, TPFDF, TPFDFC, SPM and IBM 390 Assembler. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
