Client in Atlanta Airport Area is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years experience in Quickbooks.
Seeking a professional with Accounts Payable and Purchase Order experience.
Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, and faxing.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains staff confidentiality
Extensive software skills are required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Quickbooks.
Assessments will be given to verify skill set.
