Your unique role with the company: Reporting to the Plant Manager and as a member of the plant leadership team, you will be responsible for developing ways to bring positive interaction with people and help them develop in their careers.

Hands on understanding of manufacturing process and flow in a plant
Generalist with maturity to partner with the Plant Manager and work through various scenarios
Proactive, seek ways to bring positive impact through the role of human resources for plant and salaried employees
Be a beacon of the culture of the company

What the company is looking for:
Bachelor's degree
Experience with all aspects of HR functions including HR staff management in a manufacturing plant
HR information system, recruiting aptitude, safety, OSHA, Workers Compensation
SPHR / PHR certification, a definite plus
Communication, organization and time management skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
