The position is based in Atlanta, although other office locations such as San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver or Washington, D.C. may be considered. Attributes of the ideal candidate will include,
substantive experience with qualified retirement plans, health and welfare programs, and executive compensation
a team player, working well with other members of the practice group, as well as other departments within the firm
willing and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
works efficiently, while producing high-quality work
provides clear, practical advice that can be read and understood by business clients.
ERISA experience related to mergers & acquisitions, securities and Affordable Care Act matters would be beneficial
An LLM in Tax or certification in Employee Benefits is preferred.
