(Remote or San Antonio, TX) Lumen Legal is currently working with a Fortune 500 Corporate Client who has on-going project needs for licensed Commercial Contracts Attorneys. The successful candidate will have 5
years experience reviewing /drafting/negotiating a variety of contracts (vendor/supplier agreements, real estate agreements, leasing, construction agreements, and service agreements). Hours will vary by week depending on workload and candidates (outside of San Antonio) can work on a remote basis.
Preference will be given to those with recent experience and in-house backgrounds. This is an ideal position for attorneys who have their own transactional practice and are looking to augment their workload. Only candidates with the above experience will be contacted.
