Kellen seeks a dynamic and creative individual to join the company as a senior account executive and serve as chief staff officer for a national food industry trade association. This position will report to Kellen Company executive management. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong marketing background, and a track record of success leading and working with volunteer Boards of Directors and staff teams.

Specific Duties Include:
Leadership and direction regarding overall association strategy
Serve as the voice of the industry and an advocate
Primary liaison with Association(s) Executive Committee and Board of Directors
Create and maintain industry partnerships and relationships
Ensure staff resources and deliverables are focused on client objectives
Identify new member benefits, emerging trends and actions to positively grow client business
Manage and lead association staff teams
General Educational and Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a management and supervisory role
Work with progressive trade associations is (preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or associated disciplines; knowledge of food industry beneficial
Advanced degree a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
