The Marketing Solutions Director provides leadership to the Marketing Solutions team, which strategizes, leads, and executes marketing plans in support of the new and existing product portfolio, and optimizes the development of marketing plans that support the vision and strategy of the vertical solutions team.
Drive Brand Strategy and consistency of messaging across all products and vertical marketing efforts in the form of digital, collateral, packaging, merchandising, presentations, etc. Evolve personas through VOC and metrics and utilize the findings to drive messaging that motivates the targeted segments to achieve goals and objectives.
Drive strategic marketing communications plans across all Product Portfolio and Vertical Solution groups through well-defined processes, best practice sharing, and standard work. Hold team accountable to timetables, vendors, internal resources, deadlines and budgets. Drive translation of technical features to branding and marketing messaging that is appropriate for the target audience. Deliver product messaging targeted by vertical, channel, end user, and/or agent/internal sales. Drive team to develop training plans that support new product launches
Direct staff to leverage internal subject matter experts (i.e. creative services, interactive, event planning, etc) to execute and drive marketing plans. Collaborate and brainstorm with product and vertical teams to think outside the box to test new marketing tools not typically utilized that focuses on target segments as well as application and vertical opportunities.
Plan and oversee staff implementation of projects in accordance with the Product Development Process. Collaborate with Product Portfolio team to evolve PDS process that properly incorporates marketing deliverables that support product launches. Deliverables could include: sales collateral, specification/technical sheets, public relations, advertising, direct mail, sample bags, sales letters, web pages, promotions, flyers, etc. Continually evaluate metrics by which deliverables are analyzed to identify and execute continuous improvements.
Collaborate and partner with Product Portfolio and Vertical Solution organization leaders to optimize marketing efforts that support the overall vision and strategy of the marketing organization. Package products for applications uses that are utilized across relevant verticals.
Utilize lean principles to drive continuous improvement in marketing and communications processes. Monitor and measures results of communications tactics. Evolve skill sets of team through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:

years of experience leading marketing team or organization marketing communications programs
Bachelors Degree (Business, Marketing, or other related field); Masters Degree (Business, Marketing, or other related field)
Primarily strategic thinker who can develop and push staff forward to execute integrated marketing communications programs to meet corporate objectives.
Excellent skills in managing others, writing, presenting, relating to colleagues, and overseeing projects.
Proficiency in working with budgets, as well as maintaining positive relationships with other departments and managers.
Ability to provide professional counsel, lead discussions and present ideas; viewed as subject-matter expert in marketing communications.
Ability to provide strategic direction and follow-through, and to delegate key responsibilities.
Familiarity with building products
Familiarity with two-step sales channels (agent reps, dealers, distributors)
Experience working within a Lean organization that is driven by KPIs, standard work and process improvements.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
