Description:
The Driver Recruitment Specialist is a part of Independent Contractor Services at the Corporate Office and supports the team by performing tasks to ensure that there is a sufficient pipeline of owner/operator drivers to meet the needs of the business at any given point. The individual in this role will drive strategies and identify creative sources to recruit drivers from, as well as track data to report on the effectiveness of these actions. In addition, the Driver Recruitment Specialist will provide general project assistance as needed.
Responsibilities include:
Establish and direct multiple recruitment channels, including but not limited to, traditional print ads, online advertising, referrals, social media, and networking groups.
Prepare and present metrics related to driver recruiting and the effectiveness of actions taken towards the desired outcomes.
Oversee the preparation, issuance, and delivery of recruiting materials and promotion programs.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Must be self-motivated and have a high attention to detail.
Strong analytical and organizational skills are required for this job.
Requires the ability to work well with data and to be able to identify patterns.
Excellent Excel skills with experience generating reports and presenting data.
Requires strong computer skills including: Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Must possess strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to converse and establish relationships with people over the phone.
