Job summary Role is open to Atlanta, GA, New York City, NY, Nashville, TN, Chicago, IL, and Seattle, WA The Amazon Freight organization is growing in an exciting, new space within transportation and seeking a leader for our Small and Medium Business (SMB) Account Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a people manager, and ability to build strategies to engage, retain and grow our SMB customers, developing cross-functional relationships, and providing voice of customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
