Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to support a confidential, strategic growth initiative that is focused on IT Outsourcer migrations, to support the rapid growth of the AWS business.
As the Sr BIE, you will be part of a team to continuously measure the impact of a new GTM commercial model, evaluating performance against goals, opportunities for optimization, areas to invest, and attainment vs.
forecast, utilizing various reporting tools such as SFDC to derive well-vetted analysis.
In this role, you will develop and manage the reporting analytics and insights utilized during Business Reviews, Annual Planning, forecasting, and other cadenced reporting and metrics for the GSI Strategic Initiative team.
You should have deep expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of both large datasets and effective dashboard and visualization design.
You will earn trust through outstanding performance and organization skills.

This is a hands-on role; however, being a part of a small team gives opportunity to take ownership of the customer / business problem across the spectrum from ideation to setting it up for implementation in partnership with stakeholder teams.

Key job responsibilitieso Develop and implement comprehensive data strategy to garner deeper insights and improve the quality of program data.
o Work directly with stakeholders from Partner teams, Legal, Finance, Sales Operations, and other core stakeholders to implement, operate, and deliver against program goals.
o Act as the BIE lead for the team and quickly learn how to solve problems through self-service approaches and establishing relationships with others BIEs across the organization.
o Define, measure, and present metrics / automated reports to senior leadership.
Design new and enhanced metrics, and continuously automate as needed to focus on highest leverage work.
o Build new insights, reporting, dashboards, and analytical mechanisms to identify signals, trends, and patterns.
o Identify reporting issues and gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
o Establish an environment of self-service with stakeholders for simple or repeat requests through continuous development of knowledge bank, dashboards, or other mechanisms.
o Develop relationships and processes with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address reporting issues.
o Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand Partner needs, gaps, and opportunities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
