Responsibilities:
Perform installs for Cable, Internet, and Digital Phone Handle changes of service, additional outlet installation, and disconnect of service Analyze picture quality and judge based on meter reading Manipulate connectors, fasteners, and wires Use custom CATV hand and power tools in performance.
Complete appropriate paperwork functions as required by management.
Read signal levels through use of field strength meter; add and subtract levels in installation problems; install connectors on different types of drop cable; maintain proper clearances; install tap-off devices Maintain inventory of equipment Other duties will be at management discretion.
Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, replaces, and upgrades components Treats customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times and provides excellent customer service which meets our targeted standards
