POSITION SUMMARY In this position, you will produce new high-net-worth personal insurance clients using a consultative, trusted advisor, approach.
You will work with your clients to make their lives better, allow them to sleep better, and focus their personal time on their hobbies and pursuits with peace of mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES You will build referral networks externally with Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, Trust Attorneys, and multi-family-offices.
You will also build internal relationships for cross-sell purposes and are responsible for assisting the service team in stewardship and retention.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
Minimum 5
years of insurance/business development experience with a solid, successful track record evidencing exceptional levels of sales achievement.
Professional accomplishments must demonstrate capability and an affinity for revenue-generating sales activities, along with leadership, building client relationships and successfully managing the business development process.
Direct experience in developing relationships and closing sales with high-net-worth individuals is required.
Demonstrated success in serving as a consultative business partner in the sales process, interfacing with and selling products to a broad base of sophisticated personal clients.
