Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and manage patient care.
6.
Administering medications, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
7.
Utilizing advanced critical thinking skills to make clinical decisions and advocate for patient needs.
QualificationsTo be considered for this exciting role, you must have the following
Qualifications:
1.
Active and unencumbered state RN license.
2.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU RN, Acute Care Registered Nurse, or Critical Care Nurse.
3.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
4.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
5.
Exceptional clinical skills with a strong understanding of critical care procedures and protocols.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
7.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
9.
Compassionate and empathetic, with a patient-centered approach to care.
