Key Responsibilities Develop and customize Pega applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain Pega-based solutions using Pega's BPM and CRM technologies.
Create and maintain system documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
Implement Pega best practices for process design, application development, and testing.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and enhancements within Pega applications.
Ensure applications are developed following security and compliance standards.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Pega platform updates and technologies to make informed recommendations for improvements.
Assist in mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification is preferred.
Proven experience in designing and developing Pega applications, with at least X years of hands-on experience.
Strong understanding of business process management and customer relationship management concepts.
Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) including workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
Experience with Pega's Case Management, Decisioning, and Robotics capabilities is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills Experience with integration technologies and APIs.
Knowledge of web services, SOAP, REST, and other data integration techniques.
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
