We are seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for an apartment community located in the Atlanta, GA area.
This position is responsible for leasing vacant apartments and day-to-day office procedures.
Responsibilities of a Leasing Agent Include but are not limited to:
Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.
).
Explaining rental rates and income qualifications for our community.
File guest cards and maintain according to established procedures.
Showing apartment units and describing community and amenities to meet clients' needs Follow-up on prospects that did not close and attempt to close sales again.
Assist in monitoring renewals.
Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
Monitor advertising effectiveness.
Gather information about market competition in the area and file.
Distribution of move-in packages, preparing and explaining leases.
Requirements for a Leasing Agent:
LIHTC and HomeFlex experience required Recent RealPage OneSite software experience required Professional demeanor Exceptional organizational and computer skills Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to work with limited supervision Excellent communication skills Ability to professionally resolve resident issues Ability to professionally resolve issues with coworkers Dependable transportation to work and outside marketing High school or equivalent is preferred The requirements for the position are not limited to those listed above.
