Schedule, coordinate and supervise the installation and relocation of equipment, as well as dust collection, compressed air and electrical systems Develop, learn, and train others in the operation of all types of equipment and processes Rebuild, refurbish, and modernize old or obsolete machinery, processes or technology Trouble, test, adjust and repair, equipment, and processes Comply and enforce all safety procedures, including LOTO, and is responsible for shutting down any equipment that may pose a safety risk Work with Management to develop and improve SOP's related to all equipment Contribute ideas for equipment in all areas using appropriate means of communication Enforce all safety and OSHA policies as required to maintain compliance What Do You Need? Associate Degree in Engineering Technology or related or equivalent work experience, required 5 years' experience troubleshooting and repairing PIV equipment, required Supervisory/Management experience Licenses or Certifications Company-issued PIV License or ability to obtain within 60 days, required Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical and electronic problems Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement Who We AreAt Ashley, we're more than a businesswe're family.
