APP-Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Infectious Disease
Responsibilities:
Atlanta ID Group is looking for a APP to join our infectious disease (ID) practice in metro Atlanta affiliated with Piedmont Fayette Hospital and Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, passionate APP to join our current team of two APPs and four physicians.
This is a full-time position, working in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
As a member of a collaborative team of providers, the APP will provide inpatient services as a member of the infectious disease consult service at Piedmont Fayette Hospital and Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
In the outpatient setting, the APP will provide HIV and general infectious disease care to a wide variety of patients in our clinic.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, flexible, takes initiative, and is able to successfully multitask.
Looking for someone with excellent critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, and communication skills.
Must have demonstrated interest in infectious disease.
Full time position:
Monday - Friday, days.
Rotating Saturday shift.
No evening or night call.
Experience:
Interest in infectious disease, prior experience in the field is preferred, but not required.
EMR systems:
1 year (Required) Excellent verbal and written communication skills QualificationsLicense/Certification:
Qualifications:
Masters Degree from an accredited program.
Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Georgia.
Current certification by NCCPA, AANP or ANCC.
Demonstrated interest in infectious disease.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
