Dance and Arts Showcase Dance and Arts Showcase Atlanta, GA Atlanta, GA Part-time Part-time $15 - $16 an hour $15 - $16 an hour 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with check-in and check-out processes for guests - Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy - Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Skills - Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions - Experience with order entry and administrative tasks - Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments and manage bookings - Familiarity with phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively - Proficiency in using Google Suite for email, document creation, and collaboration - Previous experience working in a dental office or similar customer service role is a plus - Excellent customer support skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
