Responsibilities:
oAbility to solve the problem/issue when occurred in QA region.
oAbility to participate in Daily/Weekly stand ups call with Customer, delivery team and other stake holders.
oAbility to work with cross work stream teams Raise concerns risks if needed and must be a good listener.
oEffective written and verbal communication skills.
oExcellent problem-solving skills - Ability to analyze problem in multiple perspectives.
A can-do- attitude and a strong passion for technology and willingness to learn new skills.
oConfident, self-starter, have a strong work ethic.
Required Skills/Qualification:
oProduction support hands on experience on analysing and troubleshooting for production incident.
oShould have 6 to 10 years of experience in ARGO, TELLER application.
oGood to have experience in monitoring tools like Dynatrace and log analysis tool like Splunk.
oAbility to work on minor enhancement when occurred.
oAbility to work with cross work stream teams.
oAbility to work with performance team to evaluate and resolve any performance related issues.
oProficient in Argo, Teller oUnderstanding the business functional requirements and technical documentation.
oShould be comfortable to work in Agile.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position depends on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
