Warm Welcomes:
Be the friendly face that greets and checks-in our patients.
Your personable demeanor is the key to creating an inviting atmosphere! Multitasking:
Juggle phone calls with grace, directing them to the right department or staff member while also checking clients in and out and assisting them with anything they need.
Appointment Scheduling:
Become well-versed in all of our services and pricing and manage our appointment calendar to suit the client's needs and wants while keeping provider preferences in mind.
Your organizational skills keep everything on track.
Admin Duties:
Dive into administrative tasks, from filing and scanning documents to keeping on top of emails and texts from clients throughout the day.
Patient Flow:
Collaborate seamlessly with our medical staff to ensure patients experience a smooth flow from check-in to their rejuvenating treatments and all the way through check-out.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience Matters:
While previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is a plus, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are even more crucial.
Spa
Experience:
Knowledge of medical spa terminology and procedures will give you a leg up when starting this position with us.
It isn't required, but if you do have spa experience, we want to know! Communication:
Excellent communication and customer service skills will make you a standout candidate.
