Job DetailsDaily ResponsibilitiesManage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocationCreate cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costsCollaborate with clients, Project Managers, other construction management to determine budget and timelineCoordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliersCreate schedules for workers and subcontractorsHire additional subcontractors and assign work accordinglyMaintain a daily log for the job site's operations, reporting to management as necessaryMake changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlinesImplement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficientWhat do you need to ensure Excellence in your role? DETAILED PROJECT LIST INCLUDING RETAIL PROJECTS COMPLETEDCANDIDATES WITHOUT PROJECT LIST WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED 7
years of solid experience in construction management in retail construction.
High end retail preferred.
Proven history of project completion within retail build outs and tenant improvementsWillingness to travel to job sites across the USA.
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementExcellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office including MS Project and ProcoreCapacity to wok under pressure and set priorities tasks while multi-tasking and handling various trades and projects and handle projects to the start to finish.
Available and has necessary certifications to visit job sites across Canada and the USASolid experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration and contract management.
Demonstrated competence in the areas of safety, workforce management, quality and project executionStrong interpersonal communication and leadership skills interacting directly with clients' architects, consultants, contractors, trades.
