Job SummaryThe AGV/LGV Industrial Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance on industrial equipment.
The primary focus will be on the (Auto Guided Vehicles) while including but not limited to conveyor equipment, PLC components, industrial elevator equipment, forklifts, scissor lifts, tuggers, floor scrubbers and golf carts.
Key Job
Responsibilities:
Maintain industrial mobile equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, including root cause analysis.
Including research of potential warranty, rework and continuously repetitive repairs using historical equipment data available through Field Connect service platform.
oComplete all repairs of equipment in a timely manner and by the manufacturer's repair guidelines.
oJudgment and Decision Making - Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate course of action.
oInspecting Equipment - Perform audits on equipment audits per the PM Planning tools schedule in Field Connect service platform.
oCommunications - Provide information to supervisor, co-workers, and subordinates by phone, in writing, e-mail, or in person.
oTimely and accurate completion of all work orders and service records per the Concentric time standard.
oMaintain accurate and timely entry of work hours in Paylocity time keeping platform.
oSafetyo All work must be completed in a safe manner.
o Safety requirements by customer and Concentric must be adhered to.
o Work areas will be maintained to ensure safety.
o Work areas will be kept clean and organized daily.
o Timely Completion of Safety training modules.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

RequirementsoFamiliar with 480VAC, 240VAC, 48V, 24V systems and safety Circuits, Allen Bradley ComponentsoPossess the ability to troubleshoot and maintain Motors, Gearboxes, conveyors, electrical systems, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.
oMust provide own tools.
Tool list will be covered during the interview process.
Specialty tools are provided by the company.
oCapable of researching parts.
oHigh School or GED Diploma required.
oExperience as a material handling equipment mechanicoStrong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
oAbility to organize his/her own work and work independently, with limited supervision.
oAbility to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs, and across remote offices.
