This role is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance on all shifts, including preventative maintenance and capital projects on material handling equipment and conveyor system.
Manage all teammates including maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
Oversee budgets and contracts,, inventory management, and ensure maintenance team adheres to all safety standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintenance and Capital Project Execution- Coordinate, plan, and schedule resources needed for preventative maintenance, repair maintenance and capital projects/upgrades to material handling equipment, conveyor systems, buildings and grounds as needed.
Communicate directly with facility departments to coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Assist with troubleshooting and problem solving as needed with all maintenance and repairs.
Facilitate and coordinate services with outside vendors and contractors.
Manage maintenance resources to provide most efficient and cost-effective operation.
Ensure adequate, cost-effective inventories of supplies, spare parts and maintenance materials/tools, and repair parts.
Negotiate contract terms in coordination with CSC Supply Chain support team to ensure project execution according to SOWs Manage the building grounds, landscaping and snow removal.
Oversee Maintenance/Janitorial Teammates- Hire, train and conduct regular performance evaluations including quarterly touchbase and annual reviews.
Provide for continuous development through training, coaching, and mentoring including developing goals and individual growth plans.
Communicate regularly with all maintenance/janitorial teammates, both individually and as a group.
Plan, schedule and supervise in the performance of team's daily activities.

Create and sustain a positive work environment for all team members.
Business Records, Budget & Contracts:
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and paperwork associated with all maintenance functions.
Develop and control the facilities maintenance budget for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper preventive maintenance is tracked utilizing CMMS.
Manage maintenance costs to ensure the budgeting process is accurate and the department meets the overall business requirements.
Safety:
Provide for a safe environment for all personnel.
Ensure all safety requirements and regulations are being adhered to, including all OSHA standards with related record-keeping.
Collaborate with safety specialist on all related issues and projects.
