Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights for reporting purposes. OCM Training:
Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use reports and dashboards, ensuring maximum adoption and utilization. Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation of reporting processes, data structures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain consistency. Report Development:
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, focusing on user-friendly and visually compelling presentations of data. Data Visualization:
Develop creative and effective data visualizations that communicate complex information in a clear and understandable manner, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions. Quality Assurance:
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports by conducting thorough testing and validation of data sources, maintaining data integrity throughout the reporting process. Customer Interaction:
Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver reports that meet their needs and expectations. Job Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence reporting, with a focus on the insurance industry. Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar, along with strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation. Experience with Snowflake is a plus. Understanding of insurance data structures and business processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable reports. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to best practices. About Meridian Technologies:
