Summary:
The HR Consulting Practice Leader is responsible for producing new business, leading the day-to-day operations and overall strategy for HR Consulting within the Georgia market.
The Practice Leader works closely and collaboratively with other producers, consultants and leaders within the market to provide innovative client solutions that ensure the overall success and growth of the HR practice within the market.
The PL also works closely with HR consulting leaders from other areas to share best practices, collaborate on enterprise-wide solution offerings and ensure consistency of service, where applicable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Generate new HR and benefits business Work collaboratively with producers and consultants to generate new HR business with existing benefits clients Fully integrate into market's leadership teams through site visits, team meetings, joint client meetings, etc.
Provide appropriate support and/or coaching with consultants (HR or Benefits) Identify and develop opportunities to partner with other HRC leaders to enhance communications and create efficiencies among the teams nationally Support national HR Consulting initiatives, such as, new product/service offerings, webinars, presentations and speaking events, national conference planning and support, etc.
Lead or coordinate all new HRC business activity within the market Oversee all HR client relationships ensuring the highest levels of engagement success and client satisfaction Manage/oversee CRM data for all HR business Manage/oversee administration of new HRC business including; proposals, pricing, MSA's, Addenda/SOW's, and New Client Setup Support Zenefits sales and implementation initiatives.
Oversee the accurate and timely submission of HRC client invoices Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or related field, required Master's Degree in HR, business or related field, preferred 8
years' of progressive Human Resource Management/Leadership experience, required; 10
years' preferred HR consulting experience, preferred SPHR, PHR Certification, or related HR certification, strongly preferred Other:
