The Team The HR Transformation team is a core component of our Human Capital practice - the work we do supports the five major issues our clients are facingWe collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experienceKeeping the employee in mind, all our services cater to improving an organization's productivity through their human capital assetThe client issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensive HR strategy to determining the need for new and enabling technologies, to streamlining HR operations and transforming the way HR is deliveredWork you'll do/Responsibilitieso Provide leadership and expert knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture to business and technology teams and facilitate the collaborative development of the technology strategy, technology standards, roadmaps, and practiceso Manage clients, complex projects, drive business requirement gathering, manage scope and client expectationso Distribute work across ServiceNow team and ensure that the quality of delivery is higho Create and maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, and process diagrams supporting and communicating changes to ServiceNow platform applicationso Providing support / guidance to the development teams during the analysis, development, and testing processeso Responsible for proactive problem and risk management on the platf Guide team in troubleshooting issues found on ServiceNow platform, applications, and workflows Qualifications Requiredo Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceo Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives at the same timeo 3
years of experience leading a ServiceNow team and driving solutionso 5
years of experience developing, implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environmento Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Scripting - Business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, JavaScript, etc.
o Strong knowledge in Custom Application Development using ServiceNowo Must be technically savvy and possess knowledge on how to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectiveso Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureo Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveThis may include overnight travelo Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the timeo Must be able to obtain a secret clearanceo Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
