Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team.
As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and perform manual labor.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment - Operate hand and power tools as directed - Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact soil - Mix, pour, and spread concrete - Assist with the installation of pipes, wires, and other construction components - Perform general maintenance tasks on construction equipment - Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Construction Laborer or similar role - Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment - Ability to read and interpret construction plans is a plus - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment - Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills on the job If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for construction, we encourage you to apply for this position.
