Responsibilities:
Work with and assist co-workers in achieving goals and completing assignments.
Demonstrate dedication and commitment to the team.
Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
Interact in a constructive, positive, and respectful manner; deliver superior service; and build strong relations with internal and external customers.
This includes maintaining positive communication both verbally and written, showing or taking the initiative to solve problems before they arise, and thinking about improvements to the client's experience.
Responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (e.
g.
letters, parcels, U.
S.
Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments.
Make timely collections of outgoing mail.
Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using a computer or service provider's equipment.
Track and maintain records and logs of mailings.
Perform accurate data entry as needed.
Responsible for inventory control of mail and shipment supplies.
Pick up and deliver supplies to designated locations as needed for mailing projects.
Drive throughout the metro Atlanta area to deliver and pick up mail from client locations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
6 months to 1 year of experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
Good Driving Record.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
