Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the cash register.

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor - Assist customers with their purchases and provide product information - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Stock shelves and merchandise as needed - Assist with inventory management and restocking products - Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email - Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor - Upsell additional products or services to customers Requirements:
