The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a fast-paced customer service operations, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance and support to customer service representatives.
The ideal candidate will have Airport experience, as well as a passion for customer service and the ability to lead a team.
This job is based outside and requires long periods of standing and walking.
Responsibilities:
Supervise customer service staff in a fast-paced airport environment to ensure that customer service standards are met.
Adress and resolve disputes between passengers and vehicle for hire drivers.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Provide training and guidance to customer service staff.
Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback to staff.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure that customer service staff are up-to-date on product information.
Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
