Guest Service Associates assist with service and package sales and reception duties such as:
Guest check-ins, checkouts, reservation booking, and service package and retail recommendations.
Commission can be earned on all retail and package sales- don't worry, we'll show you how! You'd be a great fit if:
You are high energy, friendly, and have a service-first attitude You love to interact with guests You LOVE upselling and sharing value with guests You work well in a fast-paced environment You like to learn about skincare products and beauty services You'd be comfortable recommending our services and products to guests
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales outcomes - Exceptional customer service abilities to build and maintain client relationships - Proficiency in analyzing sales data to drive business growth and monitor individual performance - Experience in outside sales, marketing, and business development is highly preferred
