- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with customer service and support inquiries - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness - Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately - Perform tasks as a personal assistant to senior staff members
Qualifications:
