Our highly regarded ATL law firm is looking to hire a Family Law Paralegal. The firm is well established with an employee first culture.


The ideal candidate should have a solid family law background and be able to handle assignments from various attorneys, be a self-starter who can work on their own, and be detail-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of family law matters.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS


Minimum 5 experience in family law:



  • Organizing caseloads and discovery
  • Solid written and oral communication skills
  • Great time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to e-file both federal and state
  • Ability to act independently with minimal supervision
  • Paralegal certificate or bachelors degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
