The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with other team members to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data entry processes.
Responsibilities:
Inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company database or software system.
Reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies.
Ensuring compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Collaborating with other team members to resolve discrepancies or issues.
Generating reports and summaries as required.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using data entry software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
