In this role, you will serve a team of 30 software engineers and leaders to build and maintain the Cash, Settlements, and Integrations Financial Applications.
Champion the vision and develop the product strategy in alignment with Product Owners and key partners.
Work cross functionally with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver on demanding products.
Provide opportunities for the team to grow their careers while using their strengths and achieving their aspirations.
Cultivate a psychologically safe environment while allowing teams to learn and grow through iterative innovation.
Maintain technical excellence and deliver high quality products, on time, while scaling the product to serve large enterprise customers.
Remove team impediments and clearly communicate tradeoffs.
Champion development agility across Financials.
Recruit top talent to grow the team capacity.
Serve as the site leader for all Financials Application teams with a presence in Atlanta.
About YouBasic Qualifications5
years leading a large team (25+) of application software engineers, architects and leaders across geographic locations at the Director level10
years of experience working in Agile software development environment demonstrating detailed understanding of software development lifecycle from conception to delivery7
years technical responsibility/ownership of a mission critical product/application scaled to large enterprisesBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceOther QualificationsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to present complex technical information in simple terms and addressing senior leadershipConsistent track record of forming relationships and partnering across organizations to achieve department goalsExperience in the Financials software development space is a plusPassionate about software development and ability to inspire engineering teams to achieve resultsTrack record of building credibility and trust with hardworking software engineers, peers, and multi-functional teams based on proficiency.

Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
