Job Description
o Create Technical Specifications to meet Data Migration Requirements
o Extract source definitions and accordingly create definitions in stage layer. Review and understand the New systems -target data model
o Take lead in defining the Technical solution for the ETL
o Provide expertise in the technology areas required for the development, including SSIS Packages, ETL jobs, TSQL query, Load scheduling, security, .NET Coding
o Performance tuning SSIS packages and TSQL Queries
o Identify and incorporate best practices on SSIS
o Lead teams of developers to own end to end development of ETL applications
o Prepare Migration Strategy and migration test plans
o Manage multiple tasks & assignments as a team player with effective communication skills
o Work with PM's on developing technical specifications and setting up the development team

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
