Job Description (project description and day to day responsibilities):
The Manager of Production Support Systems needs a Production Support Specialist who has done desktop migrations, desktop refreshes, and app installations. Also, this person must have good customer service/communication skills.
This team is comprised of 7-10 people who complete desktop migrations and app installations with Mac/Windows machines.
Will have to complete 3-4 computers a day. They use programs for the migration process such as Caspar and PC Movers, completing manual migrations when necessary.
Skills /
Qualifications:
Ability to work with others in a demanding, fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Emphasis on strong Communication skills and attention to detail
Savvy with Mac/Windows computers
Tools:
Mac/Windows machines. As well as Casper, PC Movers Programs.
Essential Functions:
Use utility tools to migrate data. Install applications.
Top Skills (top technical skills needed to be successful in role and how are they used / Will be noted in the candidate submittal write-up / If we find this they will hire):
1.) Need to be savvy with Mac.
2.) Must have great Communication/interpersonal skills.
3.) Must have previous experience within migration and app installation
