o A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization. o Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. o Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. o Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. o Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. o Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. o Uses knowledge to independently resolve moderately complex issues. You will be successful in this role if you have:
o Undergraduate college degree or equivalent is required o Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience o Professional certification and/or Master's Degree are desirable o Provides business solutions within defined guidelines and can manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
