GENERAL FUNCTION The position plays a lead role in improving the organizations market position and achieving financial growth. This role is responsible for identification, evaluation, development and launch of business opportunities, primarily acquisitions. This position defines loing-term strategic goals informed by thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company's competitors. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify strategic growth areas through white space evaluation, insurance penetration, and consumer trends. Utilize esri technology to support brand development opportunities both in validating/ updating source data as well sizing opportunities through analysis. Identify key business prospects through analyzing industry trends, the competitive landscape, and key industry players. Develop and present investment and revenue potential with brand leadership. Create business development strategies; build the plan, identify roadblocks and drive new business. Provide reporting, analytics and dashboard support for key business metrics. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Arrange business meetings with prospective targets. Plan approaches and pitches. Track and record activity/interaction with target businesses. Write business proposals. Work closely with field team to align growth opportunities with regional business plans. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 7
years working experience developing business initiatives 5
years' experience in data analysis and planning Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Ablity to see the big picture and prioritize projects with highest business impact, keeping front-line associate impact in mind Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all functions / levels Strong oral and written communication skills Strong working knowledge of store operations Critical thinking/Analytical skills Ability to influence/negotiate Writes and presents effectively Entrepreneurial drive and analytical mindset Availability to travel 2-3 days per week
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Business DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
