Job Title: UX Information Architect Location: Atlanta, GA Type: Fulltime
Job Description: Contribute to the design strategy and discovery process including defining usability success factors persona development journey and empathy mapping to interpret user goals Proven track record of facilitating leading design thinking workshops to enable stakeholders for visual thinking idea brainstorming and gather business requirements and learn about stakeholders goals unspoken needs expectations and pain points Consolidate all the research data and ideas generated from workshops and develop user flows storyboards information architecture and interaction design Expertise in designing user experiences from low fidelity sketches to hi fidelity pixel perfect mockups and interactive prototypes including micro interactions Conducts usability testing to validate of the concepts and effectively incorporates user feedback throughout iterative product life cycle Experience in performing expert reviews and heuristic evaluations to identify opportunities within the user interface to improve usability and or accessibility according to industry standards and best practices Expertise in developing and maintaining design system defining interface specifications guidelines and standards Work collaboratively with stakeholders as well as cross functional teams seeking constructive feedback and integrating feedback to improve expertise Familiarity with methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile UX Bachelor s degree in Human Factors Human Computer Interaction Information Design or a related field Staying abreast of latest UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds Creates user flows wireframes site maps mockups and storyboards Provides support throughout the design coding and deployment process Tools Full Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Figma Knowledge of other UX programs is a plus Blender Cinema 4D skills are a plus Qualifications Hands on experience in designing responsive solutions web and software apps Experience with latest tools for collaboration whiteboarding Mural Miro FigJam design prototyping Figma Adobe CC research and usability testing Experience with both B2B and B2C products is appreciated Experience in performing usability testing Solid understanding of usability and accessibility best practices Experience in creating and working with design system About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services.
