The SAFe/Agile Coach will work as part of the Delivery Enablement Technical Services team to help drive holistic success of key tools in the ED&O delivery toolchain. This role will leverage their knowledge and expertise in DevOps, Agile, and SAFe to build and grow a new SAFe Lean-Agile Center-of-Excellence (LACE) focused on transforming how the organization delivers technology solutions. The SAFe/Agile Coach will define strategies and execute actions plans that grow SAFe and Lean-Agile knowledge, adoption, best practices, and operational consistency across the organization. Primary Responsibilities and
Essential Functions:
o Drive organizational success with a SAFe Lean-Agile way of working. o Establishes and manages an active, cross-organizational community of SAFe champions. o Monitors and reports tool licensing and financials:
entitlements; compliance; license capacity vs demand; and tool budgets, forecasts, and actuals. o Drives cross organizational implementation and adoption consistency of SAFe and Agile:
roadmaps; standards and best practices; dashboard & metrics; proof-of-concepts; alignment programs. o Develops channels and programs that grow SAFe and Agile skills and knowledge:
education; documentation; job aids; workshops; sharing channels. o Cultivates and manages relationships across key leaders, vendors, SMEs, practitioners, external communities, etc. o Effectively communicates across the organization to evangelize and build awareness about SAFe and Agile value, capabilities, features, activities, learnings, etc. o Coordinates, plans, and facilitates meetings. o Communicates and coordinates technical and business aspects of work efforts between team members. o Provides time and resource estimates for work efforts. o Develops technical and process documentation. o Develops measurements and reports on key service-level metrics. o Demonstrates expert level understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology solutions development and delivery. o Other Delivery Enablement or Technical Services analyst related work activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum:

(Reasonable accommodations for medical and religious objections will be considered.) o Active SAFe 5.x SPC certification o Experience and ability to teach SAFe courses to internal employees o 3
years hands on experience running release trains, preferably using Jira o 5
years hands on experience working in Agile or SAFe environment o Experience evangelizing and coaching teams about SAFe and/or Agile concepts and practices o Strong verbal and written communication skills o Executive presence with high business & technical acumen o Strong facilitation skills for large-scale events and workshops o Solid understanding/experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process o Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical/product teams Preferred:
o Active SAFe RTE certification o Solid background with DevOps
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
