This position is in the DevOps group, and therefore, should be assumed that the individual will participate in any operational rotations such as on-call duty and off-hour deployments, maintenance to avoid/minimize impacts to our customers Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Work with team of Support Admins who support, and drive resolution management across key Corporate Services DevOps Platform/Applications. Conduct daily stand ups to provide support excellence with a focus on consistent, measurable, predictable application/platform ticket management. Assist leadership with long & short-term strategy for planning and implementing process improvement and/or support, ops and change management procedures. Develop strategy for planning and implementing processes to establish and maintain quality standards of existing service level offerings across existing support channels Develop policies, methods, and procedures to supporting and lending to improvement of business processes and in support of operations, business support management. Ensure that changes are deployed in a consistent, timely fashion that manages the risk of change, minimizes disruptions to the target environment, and provides a framework to ensure that changes are successfully implemented Successfully builds and manages relationships between various stakeholders to fully meet their business production support and change management needs Facilitate meetings and presentations to leadership and stakeholders. Provide best practices in software support services Responsible for co-ordinate to identify root causes/fixes for complex technical issues Take ownership of and resolve customers' production issues, while meeting or exceeding stated service level agreement (SLA) timeframes Work with leadership to deliver on key support initiatives and improvements Build rapport and elicit problem details from non-technical or technical customers Regular interactions with development and test teams to manage fixes for live service issues through into the production environment Clearly communicate technical responses to customers ensuring their understanding of the steps needed to resolve issues reported. Collaborate with program teams to understand business operations requirements and project goals Communicate clearly, strongly, and effectively to small and large groups

Experience:
Ability to accomplish tasks both independently and collaboratively 5-7
years of experience in Technology Product Owner/Operations Support positions 5-7
year of operations support experience in Agile/DevOps environment with technology experience on ServiceNow, Oracle EBS suite, Java, WebLogic, Jenkins, NewRelic, Oracle Database, OIC (Cloud), Pl/SQL, and migration tools Ability to adjust on time sensitive tasks and lead outage calls Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing including presentation (PowerPoint). Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal customer service skills Strong IT project management skills with familiarity of Agile/Scrum processes Ability to effectively lead meetings both face-to-face and remote Preferred Skills:
Working closely with the service desk on support ticket triage Experinece of supporting Oracle EBS platforms, understanding of SIAM model. Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 7
years of practical working experience as a product owner / project manager / scrum master / Operations Support Analyst Certifications:
Scrum Product Owner certification preferred SIAM IT Service Delivery Model preferred
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product Management, DevOps & Site ReliabilityEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
