Leadership of an enterprise strategic data governance process Leadership of an enterprise strategic data management team Governance of the production of high quality, immutable data (Golden Records) on which critical decision support platforms can rely - Strategic Data Governance of the strategic intelligence logic and platforms that produce all decision support information for the business Driving the evolution and improvement of corporate decision making through new methods, technologies, logic, and concepts To establish and govern Strategic Data as a Corporate Asset across the enterprise by Facilitating organizational alignment with a data and information driven decision-making culture Establishing and Maintaining Sponsorship and Support at all organizational levels Implementation of long-term training and implementation programs for data and information literacy To implement a clean, clear source of data on which future generations of AI can build new insights for the Enterprise and provide Strategic Decision Support Counsel to the Leadership of the Company The Documentation Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining standardized documentation methods and tools that will produce high value content. This role will assist with the day to day, and periodic processes, activities and reporting deliverables needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the EDGE Organization as a whole. This person will sit within the Organizational Design and Governance, and the Strategy and Roadmap teams. Functional Expertise:
Creates and maintains a document life cycle process:
Identifies the documentation needs of the organization Creates needed documentation utilizing a standard process and methodology Ensures the documentation goes through a review, approval and storage process Presents documents to the team as needed Assist in the creation and mobilization of the EDGE organization, including standing up of the Organizational Design and Governance and Strategy and Roadmap teams, within the Information & Data Governance Office Bring Data and Information Governance experience and expertise into the team to help coach team members in best practices and improvements Coordinates with other EDGE groups on best approaches for delivery of key documentation for EDGE solution platforms Business Acumen:
Serves as lead for specific documentation projects and assignments as required. Responsible for setting work priorities, assignments and managing related issues Anticipates and identifies obstacles that may put assigned projects or tasks at risk; develops approaches and implements solutions to mitigate risk Develops the documentation lifecycle, reporting to the Governance and Process Manager Engagement:
Instructs, guides, and works alongside team members for delivery of the Organizational Design and Governance and the Strategy and Roadmap teams documentation tasks and deliverables Collaborates with their team leaders and others, including TO and business managers to resolve complex business issues and problems Develops and maintains productive working relationships with key business stakeholders, as well as external solution and advisory vendor organizations Driving Results:
Responsible for driving results, including setting expectations, prioritizing work, and evaluating results Support manager in ensuring internal controls and governance are achieved in compliance with policies and standards Education, Certifications/Licenses:

BS/BSc Or equivalent academic education Or work experience Preferred:

5 years of experience in general utility operations, company policies, procedures and utility operations methods and standards 5 years of experience in business requirements, solutions design, and implementation processes Thorough understanding of data and information governance processes, tools, and methodologies 5 years of documentation management Ability to deliver results in a cross functional team environment Decisive, conceptual thinker who can assimilate and correlate a broad set of disparate ideas, perspectives, goals, and facts in defining solutions Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships Strong familiarity with documentation and project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Comprehensive knowledge of PMI based project management competency areas and methodologies and experience applying those methodologies to lead successful project delivery Strong oral and written communication skills and experience leveraging these skills to interact with all levels of management Strong negotiation and influencing skills High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures desired Preferred:
8 years of documentation management expertise in utility business applications, including documenting processes and change management Implementation leadership experience in software delivery, including Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and Natural Language Processing Specific Skills & Knowledge:
Required:
High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Project High-level of proficiency using Microsoft SharePoint and TEAMS Significant knowledge of business requirements and solutions design methodologies, tools, and approaches Experienced in developing project charters, approach or proof of concept documents, and functional and technical design documentation Good working knowledge of the different components of an enterprise technical architecture Good working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent work assignments Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation Good planning and organizational skills
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
