JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting, and administration of Jobtrac and other job scheduling products used in the Technology Organization (TO). Scheduling products in use are Jobtrac, AutoSys Workload Automation, and Control-M. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills ) An education in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field and/or 5 years' experience in a mainframe and/or computer systems environment are desired for this position. B.S., B.A., or B.B.A degree is preferred. Fundamental knowledge of job scheduling tools and how they are used to run batch operations. Experience working in an IBM Mainframe operating environment. Experience with Jobtrac to perform the following tasks:
Convert new applications to Jobtrac. Respond to Jobtrac schedule change requests from our business partners in a timely manner. Configure alerts for job failures. Coordinate, monitor, and control automation activities for scheduled applications using the product features or by using the OPSMSV automation control software. Assist developers and clients in the development, review, testing, and maintenance of production mainframe and client server application systems, subsystems, programs, and job control language Provide Jobtrac operational training to operations analysts and clients. Ensure all calendars, JMF tables, and condition code tables are updated. Create and maintain product operational procedures. Schedule product maintenance tasks. Provide scheduling support for special Saturday billing and holiday schedule changes. Provide scheduling support for Disaster Recovery testing. Test, schedule, and coordinate product maintenance and version upgrades. Maintain SOX control processes for Jobtrac access. Perform scheduled quarterly SOX control process reviews for Jobtrac access. Support business clients, auditors, and other Infrastructure Services departments with SOX compliance testing processes. Process client requests to create, assign, and allocate new Jobtrac locations. Responsible for performing and coordinating the migration of new applications to Jobtrac. Knowledge of Control-M and/or AutoSys Workload Automation is highly desired to:
Perform product software installation, configuration, lifecycle management, patching, and licensing management. Create scheduler jobs, job logic, schedules, calendars, as well as testing jobs and deploying jobs to production. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux or Windows system administration tasks and security policies. Working knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server or Oracle. Demonstrated ability to work with others as a team and with multiple Southern Company systems groups and the Technology Organization to ensure the overall integrity of the batch scheduling environment. Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth troubleshooting of events that involve the health and availability of the batch scheduling environment. Demonstrated ability to interface and coordinate software product issues with external vendors, partners, or service providers. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
