Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Sales at Cox Enterprises in Atlanta, GA

The Senior Talent Sourcer will be a team member of Cox Talent Acquisition's Sourcing team and will partner with our business to design effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent in the area of Sales to fill current and future job openings nationwide across the Cox family of businesses. You will employ best-in-class candidate generation techniques including data mining, internal database search and management, external job board search, association networking, and social networking. You will create a positive candidate experience while pre-screening talent to submit to your recruiting partners. In addition, the Sr. Talent Sourcer will:
Develop, execute, and monitor candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines as a delivery vehicle for producing quality candidates Develop and execute innovative search techniques and proactive outreach to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open positions Build talent pipelines within the CRM to enhance bench strength in critical need areas for current and future roles Collaborate with Marketing/Branding, Events, Recruiters and/or Hiring Managers on a regular basis to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool, including on-going recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives Act as a functional SME for sourcing and partner to identify key challenges and work towards implementable solutions. Engage with TA and HR partners to prioritize top requisitions to focus sourcing efforts. Work to pull Labor Market Analysis to help educate Talent Acquisition stakeholders, as well as Cox's business stakeholders. Identify and pre-screen diverse slate of candidates to present to stakeholders Actively track and manage candidate pipelines through the CRM system Craft and send creative recruiting emails Interact with potential candidates on professional and social networks Clearly articulate and promote the Cox brand online and offline through candidate interaction, networking events, professional networks etc. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices Report on effective recruiting trends and make recommendations based on recruiting data Develop, track, and analyze all sourcing/attraction programs to optimize investments and efforts Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $75,760 - 94,700. Salary may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. Position is eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in a recruiting/sourcing role Sourcing experience in a wide range of functional areas including, but not limited to Digital Media, B2B, Business Security Sales, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other corporate functions. Experience supporting sales roles is strongly preferred. Hands on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Demonstrated ability to develop and execute creative and complex sourcing solutions to help the customer achieve hiring objectives Preferred Bachelor's degree in human resources or marketing Two years managing interactive media campaigns for direct applicant response, employment branding, and performance analyses Two years in a dedicated sourcing role Experience working in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system AIRS certifications
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & PlacementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
